Troops flush out Boko Haram from Adamawa – DHQ
Troops on Thursday successfully
completed the clearing of insurgents out of Madagali, which is the last
place held by the terror group, Boko Haram, in Adamawa State.
The Director Defence Information, Maj. Gen. Chris Olukolade, who said
he had been on a tour of the North-East, added that there was no
casualties on the side of the Nigerian forces, which included the Army,
Air Force and other security agencies.
He explained in a statement that mopping-up operation was ongoing in the liberated areas, promising to provide details later.
