Photo: Gov. El-Rufai reportedly took his son to a public hospital with no security.

According to this twitter user, Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna state took his sick 1yr old child to the Barau Dikko Specialist Hospital in Kaduna at about 5am this morning without his security detail.
