Photos:water scarcity in boys hostel at UNIBEN

A VNB reader who schools at the University of Benin sent in the photos. He wrote;

"I live in Hall 4 in UNIBEN and since morning there hasn't been water anyplace and our porter are not making a move. Stand out spot appears to have water and I have been here for over 30 minutes because of long cue. If its not too much trouble request that our school take care of this. Here are photos"
