The new X Factor judge, who stepped out on Monday in New York braless has done it again.  In the strapless black mini-dress she wore yesterday, Rita risked literally nipping out with its gaping side panels which revealed that she was most certainly not wearing a bra for her day as she walked into the Manhattan studio.
